BIO

My name is Ellis Orion Bullington. I am a Houston native and have been a film student at HCC for about 3 years. I have been making short films and photography at an early age and instantly fell in love with the process. I started going to the Aurora Picture Show film making summer camps at age 12 where I won Audience Choice for my short film. After that, I knew I wanted to continue that feeling of accomplishment in my art. I then joined the Audio Video program at my high school for three years.
Now as an adult, I’ve enjoyed working as a production assistant on short films for various freelancers. I’m seasonally hired every Thanksgiving to travel to New York City and film/edit for the marching bands and dance groups that perform during the Macy’s Day parade. And every now and then love to pursue photography opportunities.
Screenwriting, directing, and photography are my passions and I would love to continue to grow my knowledge and share it with others.
